- Lot sizes of between £5m and £25m per asset
- Properties with significant potential either through rental growth, refurbishment or yield shift
- Assets with a low capital value per square foot relative to rebuild cost
- Tangible asset management potential
- 4 star Hotels currently trading, with potential for improvement. Min 100 keys.
