The key criteria are: 

  • Offices, residential, industrial, and retail: city centre, fringe, key business parks
  • Lot sizes of between £5m and £25m per asset
  • Properties with significant potential either through rental growth, refurbishment or yield shift
  • Assets with a low capital value per square foot relative to rebuild cost
  • Tangible asset management potential
  • 4 star Hotels currently trading, with potential for improvement. Min 100 keys.
