Our team blends a powerful combination of experience and energy, with a high level of transparency. Along with our own investment we work together with a broad range of partners, including private equity firms and family offices.
The range of our cross-sector experience and knowledge of both development and investment is a key strength of the business. We are also focussed on managing the timing risk that is inherent in illiquid investment and we pride ourselves on securing timely exits for our properties.
Mark Marmorstein
CEO
Mark’s career spans over 15 years in both commercial and residential real estate, financial markets and alternative investments. During this time, he has worked across a wide range of development and investment opportunities.
Mark primarily focuses on strategy, finance and business generation. A high standard of excellence is what Mark strives for this can be seen in his keen eye for detail in the transactions we have carried out over the years. Outside the office, Mark enjoys travelling and spending time with his family. His business principles are closely aligned with his passion for helping others and supporting charities.

RAFI SIMMONS
Head of Asset Management
Rafi is a senior real estate professional with over twenty years’ experience in the industry, the last fifteen of which have been focused on strategic asset management, portfolio management and capital transactions.
Rafi began focusing his career on asset management in 2007, when he joined The Crown Estate, having responsibility for circa £500m of assets across the retail, office, industrial and alternative sectors. In 2014 he joined the global real estate investment manager LaSalle, initially working in their dedicated asset management team, where he became Director of Asset Management and had responsibility for a large investment portfolio on behalf of pension fund clients. Latterly, Rafi worked in LaSalle’s fund management team as Director of Fund Management and Transactions, overseeing the portfolio management on a FTSE 100 company’s pension fund and leading the sell-down strategies across several other funds.
Rafi enjoys building meaningful relationships and collaborating with colleagues, occupiers, consultants, and stakeholders, to maximise investment returns and make a positive impact on the built environment.

He builds trust, has a deep understanding of global cultures and a passion for professional and personal development. Away from the office, Anthony loves to travel and watch anything sports related.

Natalia Maderska
Senior Bookkeeper and PA to Director
Natalia is a senior bookkeeper with several years of experience and AAT level 3 qualification. She has worked with many small businesses and uses her expertise to help with all aspects of the business and as a PA to Mark.
In her free time she enjoys watching movies, listening to music and following current affairs. She likes to be active and goes for long walks whenever possible
